Whenever you’re walking, you could be wasting your time.

Any vehicle can’t completely cover our trip from one stop to another. For example, there is always some distance between a metro station to your office. Or, leaving your car hardly put you right at your final destination. You always walk some minutes or more.

Do you walk in most of the above cases? I did. However, I found it’s ridiculous to walk unless I’m in sightseeing or intentionally relaxing myself. Many people spend extra time on jogging or running as exercise. Many people think their own time never enough. So, we should jog or run if possible. That reduces our “walking” time and we can do exercise at the same time!
