Before reading this news, I thought we shouldn’t allocate too much proportion on cash since there could still be some good investment opportunities during today’s depression.
Finding that there is a chance of deflation, I think maybe relative higher cash allocation is appropriate, for deflation can result in lower price on financial merchandise or human resources.
If more people really think and do as above, deflation would probably happen. Still, I hope it won’t happen so we can have a better worldwide economy for the general public.
