1. Be a bank first to get along with regulations.
2. Launch your E-commerce platform. There is no Amazon in Taiwan.
3. Then you can do everything from Payment, FinTech, MarTech, E-commerce, Communication, to everything.

That means Fubon groupwill be one of the giants. They really do a great job on MomoShop. Even if Amazon enters Taiwan, they can’t beat MomoShop.

If you’re nobody in Taiwan, don’t think you can build a software giant within 10 years.
